Gyrokinetics waves

According to the "classical" theories : if the conductor 1 is fixed with respect to the observer while the segment 3 is moving at a speed V with respect to this one, and if, conversely, the segment 3 is fixed with respect to the observer, andf the conductor 1 is moving along its axis at the speed -V, there is no electromotive force induced in the segment. This implies that the field is related to the observer and not to the conductor.

Victor ANCET, questioning this notion, carried out an experiment which shows on the contrary that the magnetic field is linked to the matter and that consequently a translation on itself of the conductor 1 at the speed -V carries  the said field, which has for consequence to generate "gyrokinetic" electric waves.

The conductor 6 can be an open coil 6 carried by a turntable 5 and excited by a fraction of a coil 7 connected to a H.F generator (5).

The assembly 5-6-7 can be placed in a frozen enclosure 4 to benefit from the super-conduction.

The obtained waves are radial and easily pass through the conductive or semi-conductive screens.
